To Coming Back

Wednesday, April 19, 2017
GAAAAHH!!!! Can't believe it's almost been a year since my last blog post here. I might have been a little (TOO MUCH) busy with life since it was my 5th year in BSIE last year and I was too focused on graduating 1st semester A.Y. 2016-2017. All my hard work paid off eventually and I'm proud to say I've finished a 5-year course in a span of 4.5 years! And besides all my academic and org responsibilities, I'm juggling my time to spend day offs and still go out with family and friends so I had to make sure I spend my time wisely!

It sure was a fun year and I'm really grateful for everything! Now that I have enough time in my hands, I'm going back to blogging, F I N A L L Y yey! I've been wanting to do this, but I had a full schedule everyday since my classes ended last December. (yes, ganun ako ka-gala LOL) I'd really have a lot of backlogs especially for my Travel Diaries, and I can't wait to start!

It was a looooooong hiatus but it already feels good to be back, hello again blogspot! ❤️

Make Your Own Havaianas 2016 is turning Japanese

Monday, May 2, 2016

There are many things to look forward to in April. It's one of the hottest months of the year but it's alright because summer activities are in full swing. In Japan, it's the time when cherry blossoms are in full bloom. This year, it's the time for the biggest flip-flops customization event in the country, Make Your Own Havaianas, where Havaianaticos can customize their own flip-flops by mixing and matching colorful soles, straps and pins!

Hello 2016

Friday, January 8, 2016

Hello 2016! Finally got the nerves to post in my blog again. Guess what my welcoming post for 2016 is -- Of course, a polka dot-ty outfit. LOL. I've been away for the past week (Can't wait to share my HK trip with you!) and there's really lot of plans made with friends for the remaining days of vacation so I'm happy to have squeezed in a blog post before I head out today. Gaaaah, I think I've never spent an entire day yet here at home. We've been so busy. 2016 is already kicking and I'm loving it! I'd rather live a busy life with lots of adventures, discovering new things and having things done than just staying in my room being unproductive the whole time. Though there is really nothing wrong with having some rest and chilling with your loved ones, but I'd prefer the former. I always wanna get on my feet and be at all places doing whatsoever with the important people in my life but of course, still come home at night with new stories to tell for everyone. There's still no place like home!! <3

Year 2015

Thursday, December 31, 2015
2015 have been a series of highs and lows for me. Well, that's what makes it remarkable. I was off with a good start, to be honest and then the roller coaster ride comes in. I met new people but lost some too; I've had traumatic emotional breakdowns; I've been broken, shattered, my self-esteem thrown out the window; for one moment I've lost hope; but on the brighter side gained new experiences; found love; been to a LOT of places to see the world; discover potentials and opportunities, my strengths and weaknesses, my source of sadness and happiness; overall I learned more about life, about myself, and what I really want. In this life, we can't always get what we want, but we are always given a chance to be happy and to get what we deserve.

The overwhelming feeling of happiness and contentment have always been there. Of course I wouldn't have survived this year if not for my family, friends and everyone who have always been by my side supporting me in all my endeavors and dreams -- and of course, Jesus Christ, who have guided me not only in 2015, but for the past 20 years and I believe for the remaining years of my life, leading me to the right path and to the life that I truly deserve. I know You have greater plans for us in the next years to come and I couldn't be more grateful for all the blessings You have graced us with.

Before 2015 comes to an end, I'll leave you with the highlights of my year and a trip down memory lane. This was an amazing year, but I'm ready to embrace whatever's in store for me in 2016. Happy new year everyone! Cheers!
